Privacy Policy

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account so we can create and identify your account. When you sign in by email, we use the address you enter to send you a sign-in link and to identify your account.

When you upload a file, we store that file and basic details about it, such as its name, type, size, and the versions you create.

We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the service, such as request logs.

We use your information to authenticate you, store the files you upload, generate and serve your shareable links, and keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Files you upload are served at a public link. Anyone with the link can view the file without an account. You control your files and can delete them at any time, which removes them from our storage.

We rely on a small number of providers to run reshare:

• Google, for sign-in.
• Supabase, for authentication.
• Postmark, for sending sign-in emails.
• Google Cloud Platform, for file storage and hosting.

These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

We keep your files and account information until you delete them. You can delete any upload from your dashboard at any time, which removes it from our storage.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to stored files is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

reshare is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
