Publish a Claude artifact to your own link

Two ways to put a page Claude built onto a link you control. Manual: copy the code from the artifact panel, save it as an .html file, drop it here. Connected: add the reshare connector to Claude once, then say "publish this as a link" and Claude does it, right in the chat. Either way you get a permanent URL on link.reshare.one, free.

Drop the artifact HTML

Free.

No copy-paste needed

Add the reshare connector to Claude once, then publishing is one sentence in the chat.

How it works

  1. 01

    Get the HTML out

In the artifact panel, copy the code and save it as page.html. Claude builds artifacts as single files, which is exactly what reshare hosts.

  2. 02

    Drop it above

Sign in and the upload finishes on its own.

  3. 03

    Or skip both steps

Connect the reshare MCP in Claude settings and ask Claude to publish. The link comes back in the conversation.

What publishing an artifact means

Inside Claude, Publish takes the artifact out of your conversation and puts it on a public claude.ai link that anyone can open without an account. The option exists only for artifacts Claude itself created in a chat, and on Team and Enterprise accounts it is not available at all. Publishing on reshare means the same thing with the address under your control: the page lives at link.reshare.one, and you can replace or remove it from your dashboard.

How to unpublish a Claude artifact

On claude.ai, open the published artifact and unpublish it from the same menu you published it with. Know the catch before you click: Anthropic's help center states that once you unpublish an artifact, you cannot publish that same artifact again. A reshare link has no such rule. Delete the upload to take the page down, or keep the link and swap in a new version, as many times as you like.

When Claude's own button is enough

If you just want a friend to see the thing, Publish inside Claude is one click and perfectly fine. Use reshare when the page needs to look like yours: a client report, a team dashboard, anything where "claude.ai" in the address bar sets the wrong tone, or where you will want to update or retract it later.

The connected workflow

A support lead asks Claude to draft an HTML status report for a customer. With the reshare connector added, the next message is "publish this and give me the link." Claude uploads it and replies with the URL. Fixing a number the next day is the same sentence again; the link does not change.

Setup is once per account: Claude settings, Connectors, add custom connector, paste https://mcp.reshare.one/mcp, sign in and approve.

Updating after you publish

Every reshare link keeps version history. Ask Claude to revise the page, publish again to the same upload, and the old versions stay restorable from your dashboard.
