Fix the typo after you already sent it
Every reshare link is versioned. Spot a wrong price in the proposal an hour after sending? Upload the corrected PDF and the link you already sent now opens the fixed version. The old versions stay in your history and you can roll back any time.
Control the preview in chat apps
When you paste a link in Slack, iMessage, or LinkedIn, the preview card matters. reshare lets you attach a custom preview image to any PDF link, so your proposal shows a cover image instead of a generic file icon.
Size limits, in plain numbers
One PDF, up to 50 MB, on the free plan. For comparison, email providers commonly cap attachments around 25 MB, and tiiny.host lists a 0.5 MB PDF limit on its free tier. A 40 MB pitch deck exported to PDF fits here without splitting.
Lock it with a password when the PDF is sensitive
Contracts, payslips, board decks: turn on password protection and reshare generates a strong password, encrypts the file with it, and shows the password to you once. Send the link in one channel and the password in another. Viewers type it in and read in the browser; removing protection later requires the same password. Free, like the rest.
