Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of reshare. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
reshare lets you upload a file and share it as a link that opens in the browser. You can update the file behind a link, keep a version history, and rename your links.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account or with a sign-in link sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Acceptable use
You may only upload content you own or have the right to share. You agree not to use reshare to:
- Share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content.
- Violate the privacy or rights of others.
- Disrupt, abuse, or attempt to break the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store your files and serve them at the links you create, solely to provide the service.
Removal and termination
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we are required to act on. You can delete your content or stop using reshare at any time.
Service availability
reshare is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, reshare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of reshare means you accept the updated terms.
