Share a live HubSpot dashboard as a link
Connect your HubSpot portal to reshare with a private app token and publish a page that shows live CRM numbers, open deals, new contacts, pipeline by stage, at a short link like link.reshare.one/aB3xY9kLmn. Viewers need no HubSpot seat, and the token never reaches the browser.
This page is for the sales lead who rebuilds the same pipeline summary every Monday for people who are not in HubSpot.

Add the reshare connector to Claude once, then publishing is one sentence in the chat.
How it works
- 01
Create a private app
In HubSpot, under Settings, Integrations, Private Apps, create an app with read scopes on the CRM objects you want to chart. Paste its token into reshare; it is verified and stored encrypted.
- 02
Ask your AI to build it
With the reshare connector added, ask Claude or Codex for the page you want, like deals by stage this quarter. It reads your properties, writes the queries, and publishes.
- 03
Share the link
The page recounts your CRM on every open. For pages that list actual records, add a password or restrict to specific people first.
Counts for the public, records for the few
A count query returns one number, like 47 open deals, with no names attached, which makes it safe for a page anyone might see. A search query returns the records themselves, names, amounts, stages, for pages meant for your own team.
CRM rows are people. Put record level pages behind a password or a specific people list, and let public pages speak in totals.
What a query can read
Queries search contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, with filters on any property, the columns you choose, and a sort. Date filters accept evergreen values like the last 30 days, resolved when the page is viewed.
Everything runs through HubSpot search endpoints with read scopes only. No query can create, edit, or delete a record.
Fast for viewers, gentle on your portal
Repeat views are answered from a short server side cache, about 3 minutes, so a link shared with forty people does not send forty bursts through your HubSpot API limits.
The token stays sealed on the server. Disconnect at any time and reshare deletes it; deleting the private app in HubSpot cuts access from your side the same minute.
