Put a Gemini Canvas page on your own link

To put a Gemini Canvas page on a link of your own, copy the HTML out of Canvas, save it as an .html file, and drop it here. The result lives at link.reshare.one, opens read-only in any browser, and nobody can fork it back into an editor.

Gemini can share Canvas apps through a public Google link, but anyone with that link can view, copy, and keep editing the app in their own Gemini. Useful for collaboration. Not what you want for a finished page.

Drop the HTML from Gemini

Free. Sign in with Google and your link is ready in seconds.

How it works

  1. 01

    Copy the code

Open the Canvas code view and copy the HTML. Ask Gemini to inline styles and scripts into one file if it has not already.

  2. 02

    Save and drop

Save as page.html and drag it into the box above.

  3. 03

    Share the link

Sign in with Google, copy the URL, done. Viewers see the page, not a Gemini surface.

What the Google share link does, exactly

Google's own help pages describe it plainly: anyone with the public link can view the app and the data associated with it, and recipients can make a copy and continue editing it with Canvas. The page also stays inside the Gemini interface. Exports go to Docs, Slides, or Colab, none of which is a website.

What changes on reshare

Your page becomes a plain web page. Read-only. Your link, permanent, versioned, up to 50 MB. When you revise it in Gemini, upload the new file to the same link and everyone you already sent it to sees the update.
