Share a video as a link
Upload a video file to reshare and you get a short link, something like link.reshare.one/aB3xY9kLmn, that opens as a player in any browser. MP4, MOV, WebM, and M4V, up to 50 MB, free. Whoever you send it to just presses play, with no account and no download.
This page is for the screen recording or clip on your disk that is too big for chat and too awkward as an email attachment.
Drop your video file
Free. Sign in with Google and your link is ready in seconds.
How it works
- 01
Drop the file
Drag your .mp4, .mov, or .webm into the box above, or click Choose a file.
- 02
Sign in with Google
One click. The file waits in your browser while you sign in, then the upload finishes on its own.
- 03
Send the link
The video plays in the browser with normal controls, and viewers can download the original from the badge.
Watching is one click
Your link opens as a player with the controls people already know: play, pause, jump around the timeline, full screen. It works on laptops and phones, and anyone who wants to keep the file can download the original.
One link instead of a heavy attachment
Most email services cap attachments at about 25 MB, and chat apps often recompress video until it looks worse. A reshare link carries files up to 50 MB and plays the exact file you uploaded, at its original quality.
Replace the video, keep the link
Upload a new cut and the same link serves it, with every previous version kept and restorable. reshare also counts views on the server, so you can tell whether the person you sent it to opened the page at all.
